By accessing datastreamapps.digital or commissioning work from DataStream Apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
This site describes professional engagements for event-driven application reporting related to transaction flows and interaction patterns. Descriptions are informational. A separate written estimate or statement of work governs each paid engagement.
No online payment
The site does not process payments or checkouts. Fees are agreed offline and invoiced according to the statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of DataStream Apps unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Client data and source exports you provide remain yours. Report packs and glossaries created under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s documents.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that impairs access for others, or submit false contact information intentionally.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DataStream Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from business decisions you make based on publicly available pages. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.
Warranties
The site is provided as available. Engagement deliverables carry only the warranties expressly written in the statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Busan shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from site use, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
